Browse by mutation sources (CCLE, COSMIC and 1000 Genome)

This page allow users to browse ApoCanD proteins by the source of mutations i.e. CCLE, COSMIC and 1000 genome. Following table contains the count of mutations in CCLE, COSMIC and 1000 Genome. Last column, Sum/1000 Genome depicts the ratio of mutation count in between cancer (CCLE and COSMIC) with normal variants (1000 GEnome). Higher ratio indicates the more predisposition of mutations in cancer and vice versa. For more help click here.
