Computation of Relative Surface Accessibility Area from PDB file

                                         

This module has been developed to compute Relative Surface Accessibility Area from submitted tertiary structure of protein or peptides, where users are allowed to either upload a PDB file or provide a PDB ID of protein/peptide structure. This module calculates surface accessibility area using Naccess software. For more information see HELP page.
