Calculation of Secondary Structure Elements from PDB file

                                         

This module has been developed to calculate secondary structure elements from the submitted tertiary structure of protein or peptides, where users are allowed to either upload a PDB file or provide a PDB ID of protein/peptide structure. This module calculates secondary structure elements using DSSP software. For more information see HELP page.
