Physico-chemical Properties based Patterns

This module allow users to compute physico-chemical properties for the patterns of a protein or peptide sequence. User may enter either one sequence in one line or in FASTA format. The user can also provide the PDB or UniProt ID in the mentioned format. For more information see HELP page.
