Calculation of Fingerprint Descriptors from PDB file

This module has been developed to calculate fingerprints from tertiary structure of protein or peptide, where users are allowed to either upload a PDB file or provide a PDB ID of protein/peptide structure. This module calculates fingerprints using PaDEL-Descriptor software. For more information see HELP page.
* Kindly provide or upload only one PDB ID at a time, as this module calculates 14532 descriptors for a single PDB file and it is computational and time expensive process.
