Amino Acid Index Patterns

This tool has been developed to calculate AA-Index Properties of patterns from Protein or peptide sequence, where users are allowed to paste or upload a file with single protein/peptide sequence [fasta format or single line sequence] similar to the Example sequence. The user can also provide the PDB or UniProt ID in the mentioned format. Subsequently, users are allowed to generate pattern from protein or peptide sequence. Further, AA-Index can be calculated. Here, the amino acid properties used here are various types of amino acids indices (https://www.genome.jp/dbget/AAindex/list_of_indices). For more information see HELP page.
