Autocorrelation Descriptors

Autocorrelation descriptors defined on the basis of distribution of amino acid properties in the protein/peptide sequences entered by the. Three autocorrelation descriptors viz. Normalized Moreau-Broto, Moran and Geary are returned for each sequence/sub-sequence for a given aaindex. The amino acid properties used here are various types of amino acids indices (https://www.genome.jp/dbget/AAindex/list_of_indices).
User may type the sequence or upload the file of sequences in single line or FASTA format. The user can also provide the PDB or UniProt IDs in the mentioned format.
User has to choose aaindex and lag 'd' for the descriptors calculation.[NOTE: d value should be less than the length of sequence/ sub-sequences.]
For more information see HELP page.
*In order to calculate autocorrelation for all indices, kindly use the standalone version of Pfeature, available at this link, as calcuation of this feature for all indices is a time-consuming task.

Paste peptide sequence(s) in single line format or FASTA format:
OR Submit sequence file:
OR PDB IDs:
OR UniProt IDs:

Select portion, aaindex and d to calculate autocorrelation descriptors of protein or peptide sequence:

Enter multiple 10 letter aaindex accession numbers separated by commas from here:
