List of Descriptors and Abbreviations
This page describes the headers of results obtained using composition and binary profile modules of Pfeatures. There are two columns in each table, where first column represents the obtained header of sub-module comes under each module, and second column exhibits the decription of each header. |
Note: ‘N’ prefix is added to the header for choosing N-terminal residues, ‘C’ prefix is added to the header for choosing C-terminal residues, ‘R’ prefix is added to the header for choosing rest method, and the suffix of ‘sn’, where n is the number of splits, is added on choosing the split option. |
