This module help user to display expression or mutation or copy number of genes in user selected cancer cell lines. This module allow users to compare expression/CNV/mutation of a gene within the slected cell lines.

We have assumed those cell lines resistant which are reported as resistant in 60% of instances or above while rest of cell lines as sensitive. For more information, please see Guide/Help.
