Compare Gene Properties of two breast Cancer Cell Lines
(Gene Mutation, expression and Copy Number Variation)

In this module, we allow users to compare all three genomic properties of gene in two selected breast cancer cell lines. These three genomic properties are mutation, expression and CNV. This tool allows user to display all the three type of information (expression, mutation and CNV) of genes for the two selected cell lines. In addition this module also display percentile score (ranking of a genes based on its expression) of each gene within the cell line.
We have assumed those cell lines resistant which are reported as resistant in 60% of instances or above while rest of cell lines as sensitive. For more information, please click HERE. |
