Welcome to Home page of EbolaVCR

Ebola Virus Computational Resources (EbolaVCR) is the in silico resources developed to facilitate scientific community fighting against deadly virus EBOLA. This server enlists possible vaccine candidates, therapeutic siRNAs and other related resources.

Species-specific peptides (Antigen-Wise)

First 9mer overlapping peptides have been generated in each protein of each species of Ebola virus. We generated 9mer peptides, as it is the minimum requirement for activating adaptive immune system. After, generating 9mer peptides, we identified unique 9mer peptides (Uniq_9mer), non-human peptides (non-human_9mer) and peptides not found in human 1000 Genomes-based proteome.
