Virtual Screening of Oligoribonucleotides

This module facilitates virtual screening of immunomodulatory oligoribonucleotides (IMORNs) from a given set of oligoribonucleotide (ORN) sequences. In order to discover or identify IMORNs, the user needs to submit the ORNs in FASTA format. The server will predict immunomodulatory potential of each ORN submitted by a user with the option of displaying 2D structure of the ORN. For more information see HELP page.
