Screening of Immunomodulatory Segments in a RNA sequence

This module is developed for identification of immunomdulatory or immunogenic regionns in a given RNA sequence. User need to submit a query RNA sequence and window length (length of immunomodulatory region) in FASTA format. Serverl will generate all possible overlapping segment from RNA sequence and will predict immunomodulatory potential of each segment. This way user may identify highly immunogenic regions in a RNA sequence. .
