Prediction of Immunotoxicity of siRNAs

This interface allows user to identify siRNAs of desired immunotoxicity from a given siRNA librry (set of siRNAs). It predict immunomodulatory potential or immunotoxicity of each siRNA submitted by user. In order to provide information about efficacy of these siRNAs, we integrate of desiRm which predict the efficacy each siRNA. Overall aim of this module is to identify siRNAs having highest efficacy with minimum toxicity. For more information see HELP page.
