Analog based designing of siRNAs

This is an analog-based module developed for designing of siRNA having desired properties like immunotoxicity and efficacy. This module generate all possible analogs/mutants (one mutation at a time) for a given siRNA and predict immunotoxicity of each analog. This allow user to identify mutation required in a siRNA for achieving desired property/toxicity. In addition, it also predict efficacy of each siRNA mutant using desiRM software
