In this tool user has to provide the a mutated protein sequence of cancer patient/cell line as well as protein sequence of normal tissue/cell line. We will compare the protein sequence of cancer and normal sample. Based on the comparision, we will identify the cancer specific mutation along with immune epitopes, for the patient/cell line.
