Reverse complementary sequences in the Sequence | |
This page helps the user to check whether the query sequence has a palindromic pair within itself. A palindrome in this case is defined as a stretch of minimum 4 nucleotides within query sequence for which the reverse complement stretch is present at a subsequent position going from left (5' end) to right (3' end) in the query sequence. Further it predicts whether the palindromic pairs themselves have immunomodulatory adjuvant capacity or not. Please note that the query sequence should be of the length 5 to 35 only. |
