| This tool performs a BLAST search alignment of the query sequence on the dataset of sequences that have been experimentally shown to be immunomodulatory and hence have been suggested as potential vaccine adjuvants. The result output displays the sequence ids in the positive dataset to which the query sequence is similar along with the similarity score and significance values.
