Batch submission of Oligonucleotides |
| This tool uses SVM model to predict whether the submitted query oligonucleotides could be useful as immunomodulatory DNA adjuvants or not when the user submits the sequences in FASTA format. It also displays a few additional properties of the query oligonucleotides namely the molecular weight (for phosphodiester backbone), GC content, length and melting temperature of the double stranded molecule of the sequence.
