Immunomodulatory Regions(oligonucleotides) within a DNA sequence |
| This tool uses SVM models to predict whether specific regions within an oligonucleotide taken alone would be useful as immunomodulatory DNA adjuvants or not when the user submits sequences in the FASTA format. It picks up scanning window fragments of the user defined length for this purpose. It also displays a few additional properties of the query oligonucleotides namely the molecular weight (for phosphodiester backbone), GC content, length and melting temperature of the double stranded molecule of the sequence.
