Standalone Version of IonNTxPred
NOTE: If you are unable to download the model due to its large size, please download it directly from
HuggingFace
or
Zenodo
and place the downloaded files inside the model directory. This is required for the proper functioning of the standalone software and pip package.
Pip Installation
Pip is a user-friendly tool that allows you to install and manage Python packages with minimal commands. We have made IonNTxPred available via the PyPI repository.
Install using:
pip install ionntxpred
To see all available options:
ionntxpred -h
