IonNTxPred - A webserver to predict ion channel impairing proteins

BLAST for Similarity Search

This page allows users to search the query protein sequence against the database of known toxic and non-toxic proteins using similarity-based search method, i.e. BLAST. This module will predict the given query sequence as toxic if it gets any hit from the database and non-toxic if it does not get any hit from the database. It allows the users to submit the multiple protein sequences at a time in FASTA format.

1️⃣ Input:
  • Paste peptide sequences or upload a FASTA file.
2️⃣ Select Channel Type:
  • Sodium (Na⁺), Potassium (K⁺), Calcium (Ca²⁺), or Other ion channels.

📥 Simply upload or paste your sequences in FASTA format and click on submit button to begin.
📘 For more information on the input format, model details, and how to interpret results, please visit our Help & Documentation.
