We derived motifs from IL4 inducing peptides using module of MERCI program. This module allow users to scan whether their peptide or protein sequence have IL4 specific motifs. Here user can search for the crucial motifs present in a given protein or peptide sequences that are playing role for induction of IL-4. After allocation of IL4 inducing motifs in given sequence(s) users can check the information of that motif by clicking on desired motif.
