Weight Matrix based Analog Design

This module allows the user to alter a interleukin-4 inducting peptide with minimum mutations, based on weight/quantitative matrix. Here user can submit query peptide in FASTA format and optimize the peptide to get maximum/minimum/desired induction based upon the quantitative Matrix based position specific scores. It will help the user to tweak any residue from the predecessor peptide to attain the analog with desired property (highest/lowest induction). Also, values of highest/lowest scoring residues at corresponding positions is given. To assist further, the cumulative sum of QM Scores for each residue. For more information click Help.
