Property-based QM for HemoPI-1 dataset. For each position frequency of residues falling into a particular category of physicochemical property (11 categories in total) is calculated for both positive and negative dataset and final propensity value represents the substraction of frequency of a residues in a particular class in negative dataset from that of positive dataset.eg. aliphatic and hydrophobic residues are preferred in positive datastes at most of the positions.
