Sequence-based Module

This page allows users to predict allergenic/non-allergenic protein from its primary, i.e., amino acid sequence. This module computes the amino acid composition of given protein sequences to predict allergenic protein. Models were developed using different machine learning techniques like Random Forest, SVM, KNN and MLP. This module allows users to submit multiple protein sequences at a time in FASTA format.For more information see help page
