Sequence-based Prediction Using Hybrid Approach

This page allows users to predict allergenic/non-allergenic protein from its primary i.e, amino acid sequence. This module compute amino acid composition of given protein sequences to predict allergenic protein. Models were developed using hybrid approch (Random Forest(RF) + BLAST + IgE epitope(MERCI)) to predict alleren proteins. This module allow users to submit single protein sequence at a time in FASTA format. For more information see help page
