Motif Scanning

This module allows users to scan or map IgE motifs in the query sequence. Two programs, i.e., MEME/MAST and MERCI, were used to derive the motifs from experimentally validated IgE epitopes. Here, the user can search for the crucial motifs present in the query protein sequence to find out its role as an allergen or non-allergen. This module allows the users to submit the multiple protein sequences at a time in FASTA format. For more information see help page
