This module allows extensive browsing facility against the different properties identifed from the proteome of oncogenic viruses. From the drop down menu of Browse category, apart from multifunctional epitopes user can select best ntigenic and promiscous epitopes for browsing also.

Perform Multiquery search in VLCvirus
This module allows users to perform multiquery search against selected fields from the VLCvirus resource.

By identified property
User can select desired different options from the dropdown menu of multiquery search against the VLCvirus resource viz. virus species name, identified property, HLA class I and II allleles and can perform search. Visula representation is shown in the Figure.

By Immunomodulatory peptides
User can select IL-4, IFN-Gamma, and both from the submenu of immunomodulatory epitopes. These epitopes have IL-4 and IFN-Gamma inducing potential in adiition to B, T-cell, Vaccine adjuvant and MHC binding capability:w .

This module perform search of the user defined sequence in three large databases viz. IEDB, MHCBN and BciPep. Firstly, it generate all possible nine-mers from the user defined sequence and then align all nine-mers on the three databases explained above. The result of the hit found are displayed in blue color. User additionally can click on the blue colored highlighted portion to go for more information.
