Workflow of the integrative algorithm used in VLCvirus

VLCvirus is a platform which stores vaccine candidate against several oncogenic viruses. The vaccine are designed on the basis of their probabilty to act as epitope, thus have the potential to induce any of the several arm of immune system. These epitopes have been predicted against the proteome for 9 lung cancer causing virus species. Following steps represnet the complete workflow of VLCvirus.
