Protein Scan: Identify IL-6 inducing peptides or regions within a protein sequence

With the help of "Protein Scan" module, the user can recognize the important regions in the protein sequence, producing IL-6 inducing peptides. These IL-6 inducing regions may be removed or altered for subunit vaccine designing. Additionally, users can also identify novel IL-6 inducing peptides in the given protein sequence.
