This is the threshold page for the Decision Tree classifier implemented in the server. The user may refer the threshold values from here according to their need. The below table exhibit the values of various parameters and their descritpions are as follows:
#Threshold: This is the threshold value for the probability score, above which the query is designated as IL-6 inducer, otherwise IL-6 non-inducer.
#Coverage: This is the model's ability to predict the true positives (IL6 inducer).
#Positive Predictive Value (PPV): This exhibits the percentage of correctly predicted IL-6 inducers compared to the total number of cases predicted as IL-6 inducer.
#Error: This is the error rate for positive prediction calculated by 1-PPV.
