This module allows users to scan or map IL-6 motifs in the query sequence. Two programs, i.e., MEME/MAST and MERCI, were used to derive the motifs from experimentally validated IL-6 epitopes. Here, the user can search for the crucial motifs present in the query protein sequence to find out its role as an IL-6 induder or IL-6 non-inducer. This module allows the users to submit the multiple protein sequences at a time in FASTA format. For more information see Help
