Peptide mapping is helpful to map the location of a small peptide in Hormone and Receptor sequences in HMRbase. Maximum 25 peptide sequences (in FASTA format only) can be submitted at a time. In case more than 25 sequence are submitted, then first 25 are processed. The search result is the list and co-ordinates of all proteins that contain the submitted peptide.
