Important HIV Databases

1. HIV Databases
These are group of four major databases, group together under the HIV databases. These includes :
* Sequence Databases
* Resistance Databases
* Immunology Databases
* Vaccine Trial Databases

2. HIV Drug Resistance Database
This database is developed by Stanford University and mainly provides information regading Drug resistance in HIV treatment.

3. HIV Protease Database
The HIV Protease database is an archieve of experimentally determined 3-D structures of HIV-1, HIV-2 and SIV proteases and their complexes.
4. Retrovirus Database
Since HIV is a member of retroviriade family, Information about any member of this family can be obtained from this site.
5. Clinical Trials Databases
The AIDS Clinical Trials Group (ACTG), the world's largest HIV clinical trials organization, plays a major role in defining the standards of care for treat,emt of HIV infection and opportunistics diseases realted to HIV/AIDS around the world.
