Submit File to Predict Half-life of Modified Peptide

This tool allows users to predict the half-life of their peptide having natural amino acids as well as peptides having terminal modifications like amidation, acetylation, etc. and non-terminal modifications like methylated residues, biphenylalanine, ornithine etc. besides natural amino acids. The user has to upload pdb file of their peptide. If the user does not have pdb file of their peptide, we recommend the use of PEPstrMOD to predict the structure of their natural or modified peptide sequence and generation of pdb file which can be uploaded in this tool for predicting the half-life of peptides.
