Prof. Raghava leads the Raghava Lab at IIIT Delhi, developing and maintaining over 300 open-source computational biology tools and databases used worldwide. His research spans immunoinformatics, drug discovery, protein structure prediction, and bioinformatics tool development. PEPstrMOD is part of a long-standing effort to enable computational prediction of biologically and therapeutically relevant peptide structures.
