This is the standalone page of NF-kBIn. The user is allowed to run the Predict facility provided in NF-kBIn web-server on their local machine using these scripts and files. This will be available as Python codes with all the necessary models to predict if the query molecule in the SMILES format is a NF-kB Inhibitor or not. All the codes, files, and instructions are provided in the the READme file enclosed in the zipped folder.

Before running the scripts, make sure the open Babel is installed in the local machine, if not, the instructions can be obtained by clicking here.
