Prediction Module of NF-kBIn

This module enables users to predict the smalll molecules TNF alpha induced NF-kB inhibitor or non-inhibitor. Here the users are allowed to paste or upload a file with multiple small molecules in SMILES format, and each molecule would be predicted as inhibitor or non-inhibtor of NF-kB. In this module, Support Vector Classifier (SVC) based machine learning model has been implemented at the backend server. Users can also select various thresold value from frop down menu.
