This module has been developed to scan the proteins to find the binders for MHC-class II allele HLA-DRB1*04:01, using dipeptide composition and BLAST-search. With the help of this module, user can identify regions in a protein, which could be the potential binders of HLA-DRB1*04:01 allele. The other way round, here users can also search a protein sequence to find out novel peptides with binding ability to HLA-DRB1*04:01. It will generate the fragments of length selected by the users and predict their activity. Users can choose either one or more than one alleles by checking the provided boxes.
