Page of HLA-DRB1*04:01 Binder Prediction

This tool has been developed to predict the HLA-DRB1*04:01 binding peptides, where users are allowed to paste or upload file with multiple peptide sequences and each sequence would be the predicted as binder or non-binder for MHC-Class II allele HLA-DRB1*04:01. We have implemented the Extra-Tree Classifier based model at the back-end, as it has outperformed the other classifiers. For more help please visit Help.
