This module allows users to scan or map motifs present in the query sequence. The MERCI program, was used to derive the motifs from experimentally validated Celiac disease causing epitopes. Here, the user can search for the crucial motifs present in the query protein sequence to find out its role as Celiac disease induder or Celiac disease non-inducer.
