Prediction of disease causing peptides
This tool has been developed to predict celiac disease causing peptides using ensemble method approach (Motif + ML). First, the provided query sequence(s) hit against the motifs of celiac disease causing peptides and predicted as disease causing if the hit is found, otherwise machine learning model predict the celiac disease causing peptides.
