Extract Sequences from PDB

This module allows user to extract protein sequence from PDB. User may extract sequence of all chains from PDB file or any specified file. In order to extract all chains of PDB file user should enter PDB ID (four letter code like 1y04), for extacting spcific chain user should enter PDB ID with chains (like 1y04A for extracting chain A of PDB 1y04).
