Combining of two Datasets

This module has been developed for combining two datasets. It allows user to extract common and total unique PDB IDs from two datasets. Dataset file should have one PDB ID in one line. For more information click here help

Upload first dataset		Example dataset file: extract1.txt
Select Option	AND OR NOT	AND for common PDB IDs between datasets OR for total unique PDB IDs in datasets NOT for PDB IDs in first dataset not in second
Upload second dataset		Example dataset file: extract2.txt
