Scanning of Motif region

This module allows users to scan or map motifs present in the query sequence. The MERCI program was used to derive the motifs from experimentally validated antibacterial peptides. The user can search for the crucial motifs/conserved domains in the query protein sequence to find their antibacterial activity for three bacterial groups. This module allows users to submit multiple protein sequences at a time in FASTA format.
