Designing of Antibacterial peptides


This Module has been developed to design all possible alternate/mutants of the submitted peptide. Users are allowed to paste or upload file with multiple peptide sequences, and the new peptide is formed by mutating a single residue at a time. It can also provide a prediction score, according to the model selected, to identify the peptides with antibacterial activity. Users can also sort the prediction score to find the highest-scored/best mutant peptide, which has antibacterial properties. Further, the user can also generate several mutant peptides of the given sequence. It allows the user to design the best mutant with the highest score.
