| This page provides the facility to the users to align their sequence with the peptides in TopicalPdb. User can submit its multiple sequences which he wants to align in the sequence alignment box in the FASTA format. Also, user can give the IDs of the peptides present in the TopicalPdb if he wants to align his sequences with the peptides present in TopicalPdb. This page utilizes HAlign program for alignment and Jalview for visualization. Please install JAVA in your browser for proper functioning and display of this module.
