Welcome To The Prediction Page of Sigma70Pred


This page allow users to predict the σ70 promoters using nucleotide sequences. Users are allowed to paste or upload file multiple sequences in single line or FASTA format. For more information see HELP page.

Important Note:

1. If any of the sequence length is less than 81, it will add 'A' as the dummy variable to make the sequence length 81, and proceed further.
2. If any of the sequence length is greater than 81, user can either use our Scan module or can proceed with the Predict module but only first 81 residues will be taken into consideration for prediction.
