The Design module is developed for producing all possible alternate/mutants of the provided sequence. The new nucleotide sequence is formed by mutating a single nucleotide at a time. It can also provide a prediction score, to identify/generate the σ70 promoter. Users can also sort the prediction score to find the highest scored/best mutant, which can be σ70 promoter. Further, the user can also generate several mutants of the given sequence. It allows the user to design the best mutant with the highest score. Please visit HELP page, for more information.
